By accessing and using the PWRBLD membership through WhitneySP.com, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions which Whitney Strength & Performance, LLC reserves the right to alter at any time without notice. Your continued use and allotted access demonstrates your continued understanding and agreement to abide by the outlined Terms of Agreement. If you do not agree with these terms, you are not authorized to use the membership component of this website.

Acceptance of Terms of Agreement:
To become a PWRBLD member of www.WhitneySP.com, you must complete the customer registration process and agree to the following Terms of Agreement. If you do not agree to the outlined Terms of Agreement, then you are not authorized you access the PWRBLD membership component WhitneySP.com.
Automated Payment Contract(s):
By consenting to the Terms of Agreement, you agree to make payments to Whitney Strength & Performance, LLC monthly, or annually, according to the agreed upon schedule in exchange for services rendered. Reoccurring payments for this agreement will occur once a month, or once annually, until otherwise cancelled or altered by either you or Whitney Strength & Performance, LLC. This agreement is binding. Failure to meet its terms and payment schedule will allow Whitney Strength & Performance LLC to take certain recourse including, but not limited to, termination of services in cases of delinquent payment.
Cancellation for Services:
Until you cancel, billing will continue according to the cycle agreed upon at the time of your purchase. Automatically renewing monthly and annual subscriptions are non-refundable. Any amounts paid prior to your cancellation will not be refunded. If you wish to cancel your automatically renewing subscription, go to the FAQ for directions or email [email protected] for more assistance. Whitney Strength & Performance, LLC takes your privacy seriously and will take all measures to protect your personal information. Whitney Strength & Performance, LLC will not sell or re-distribute your information to anyone.
