As a member of the PWRBLD community, you will have access to ALL of the following features:
DAILY WORKOUTS
Each day, Monday-Friday, I will be posting three workouts that you can choose from! This allows you to decide on what you want to focus on, whether it is powerlifting (PWR), bodybuilding (BLD), or the combination of both (PWRBLD). The best part is you have access to all three each day so you can also switch things up along the way. Its time to make training fun again while also getting the results you desire. And yes, the workouts are part of a complete periodized training cycle.
EXERCISE LIBRARY
In case you have any questions on proper technique for a prescribed exercise. New exercises will be added monthly!
MOBILITY & INJURY PREVENTION
w/ PJ Newcomb AKA The MUSCLE MEKANIK
PJ Newcomb (Expert Deep Tissue Specialist) goes over helpful techniques on how to improve your mobility while also aiding in injury prevention.
TUTORIALS
Optimize your training and lifts with tips & tricks from our PWRBLD Team of Athletes / Coaches. This tutorials will all be brief and to the point. No fluff, quick and easy absorbable gains!

Barbell tools gives you direct access to a LB/KG Conversion Calculator, RPE Calculator, and 1RM Calculator all in one location! It's time to make your lifting experience more about gains and less about math!
