I am having trouble logging in. #sendhelp
There are three main reasons why you would be having trouble logging in.
Why does my account say it is “Inactive?”
If your account is saying that it is “Inactive,” it could be because your payment information has expired. You can easily check/edit your payment information by selecting “My Profile” in the login popup. Here you will enter your login information and select your subscription level from the drop-down menu. This will direct you to your PWRBLD account, where you can change your card information.
I updated my card information but it is still denying me from gains.
If you have updated your card information but are still restricted from accessing PWRBLD, just contact us! Sometimes it may take a day or two for the system to recharge you but we can send it through manually.
I want to cancel my subscription because I don’t want to be strong and shredded anymore.
We have enjoyed having you be a member in our evolving community and we are sorry to see you go! To cancel your subscription, select “My Profile” in the login popup. Here you will enter your login information and select your subscription level from the drop-down menu. This will direct you to your PWRBLD account, where you can cancel your subscription. We hope you will reconsider in the future so we will make sure to keep your email on file for when you come back. Just sign up again using a different password and we will welcome you back with open arms and plenty of gains!
When will the Daily Workouts be posted?
Daily Workouts will be posted between 12am-2am EST the night before.

Refund policy?
We do NOT offer refunds. The website is very clear on what it provides and also has a super easy cancellation policy (cancel anytime w/ NO fee)
PWRBLD REACTIVE FAQ
How do I create a PWRBLD Reactive account?
You can upgrade by clicking the "upgrade to Reactive" link under the PWRBLD Reactive icon on your PWRBLD account home page.
If I'm already a PWRBLD Basic member already, should I cancel my basic account if I want to upgrade to Reactive?
Yes, since Reactive includes all the same features as PWRBLD Basic, you would want to cancel the basic and only have the Reactive account.
Do I need to have a meet date to create a Reactive program?
You will either need a meet date or mock meet date in order to receive a proper phase of programming. The phase of training that will be created is heavily based on the projected meet date or "mock meet date".
Can I substitute accessory exercises?
Yes, you can always substitute accessory exercises based on equipment availability or if you simply prefer something similar but different.
Can I reach out to Collin or the other PWRBLD Team if I have questions?
Absolutely! Please reach out via email ( [email protected] ) if you have any questions that the FAQ page doesn't address.
Having trouble viewing the program?
If the program is sent and doesn't look right, please try opening on a computer. Depending on the device, there's a possibility the program imaging gets distorted somewhat. Reach out to us if you have any issues on this.
How long does it take to receive my Reactive program once I submit the questionnaire?
It will deliver the new program within 1-3 days at the latest. Usually you will see your new program within minutes.

- Your Password is incorrect – If you cannot seem to remember your password; no worries, you can always reset it using the “Forgot Password” link when trying to sign in! An email will be sent to the email on file to help you reset it!
- Your Username/Email is wrong – Don’t forget to double check your Username/Email and make sure you are inputting your entire email (i.e. - [email protected]).
- You never verified your email – This is the most common reason why people have trouble logging in! Check your email for a verification email. If you cannot find it, or haven’t received one, send me an email at [email protected] and I will be able to resend one!
