My online training/coaching includes Customized Programming options created specifically for you. Since I do not believe in a "one program fits all" mentality, I offer individualized program options designed to meet your needs. I design your program based on your experience and goals to meet you where you are at and help you get to where you want to go. Whether your goal is to compete in powerlifting, increase sport-specific performance, add muscle mass, improve body composition, or a combination of any of these goals, I will tailor your training to help you maximize your potential, achieve your goals, and exceed your expectations. I offer individualized program options designed to meet your needs. By combining the knowledge I have gained from being a Certified Personal Trainer and a Certified USA Powerlifting Coach with over a decade of personal experience, I will build your program to meet you where you are at. Unlike most online programming options, I offer 24/7 communication to my clients. In addition to asking for a weekly recap following the last training day of the week, I also encourage you to reach out and ask questions. For example: you are at the gym and have a question about your form... send me a video and I will offer suggestions on how to capitalize your gains in real time. I believe an open, free flowing line of communication allows me to make appropriate and necessary adjustments to your program in order to enhance your outcome.
