All package options include Customized Programming created specifically for you. Since I do not believe in a "one program fits all" mentality, I offer individualized program options and personal training sessions designed to meet your needs. I design your program based on your experience and goals to meet you where you are at and help you get to where you want to go. Each one-hour personal training session is client directed to focus on your specific areas of interest and concern. Whether your goal is to compete in powerlifting, increase sport-specific performance, add muscle mass, improve body composition, or a combination of any of these goals, I will tailor your training to help you maximize your potential, achieve your goals, and exceed your expectations.

All personal training sessions will be held at The Warhouse Gym located in Reading, PA. Each one-hour session is client directed to focus on specific areas of interest and concern. In addition to paying for a personal training session/package, each client is responsible for paying a $15 day pass to The Warhouse Gym if he/she is not already a member. Regardless of which package you build, all sessions must be used within a year and will be scheduled for an agreed upon time that is mutually convenient.

Just a heads up, there are a few personal training fee's that you should be aware of. No-Show's will be charged $45 and the session will be observed as completion of one session which makes the session nonfundable and ineligible for rescheduling. If something comes up and you cannot make the scheduled time, please let me know at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled session or you will be charged a $25 rescheduling/cancellation fee. I understand that emergencies happen. In case of an emergency, please let me know as soon as possible. Sessions will begin when scheduled. If you are late, you will be allotted the remaining time of your session. Again, I understand emergencies happen so please contact me if something comes up. I am here to help you on your fitness journey and couldn't me more excited to help you achieve your goals!
