I started lifting, like many of you, to just build muscle and get stronger. Over the last decade I have learned, and tried, a lot of different approaches to training and fitness as a whole. The number one thing I have come to live by is that powerlifting and bodybuilding go hand in hand and that both should be incorporated into training to optimize results. I have worked with a variety of different clients/athletes to help them along their fitness journey and built their training program around their fitness goals.
